I can't believe that October is nearly over and that we are less than two short months away from Christmas! This week my meals are for 2 adults and 3 kids aged 9, 7 & 1. I had a full house over the weekend with my eldest 2 Stepkids home & one of their friends also slept over which totalled 6 kids.. I think they nearly ate us out of house & home which is usually the way when their all home! So we had a few of the bigger meals such as lasagna & salad, baked fish & salad & tuna bake with garlic bread..
On this weeks meal plan is;
Monday: Soft Taco's with seasoned beef, tomato, lettuce (from the garden), cucumber (from the garden), grated cheese & olives.
Tuesday: Devilled sausages (using the low fat sausages from Woolworths) served on rice.
Wednesday: (Slow cooker day) Silverside with veggies & cauliflower cheese.
Thursday: Tomato & herb chicken served with pasta.
Friday: Home made pizzas on pita bread.
Saturday: Home made steak & egg burgers.
Sunday: BBQ :) or roast chicken & veg.
Banana Muffins with maple syrup icing.
